    REQUIRED INFORMATION

    Faber-Com offers to its customer a skilled, efficient and quick support service. Required information:

    • TYPE and MODEL of the system;
    • SERIAL NUMBER of the system or of its components;
    • Description of eventual special features of the system;
    • Description of the problem and conditions when it occurs.

    CONDITIONS

    Support Service is active during office hours and it covers only products sold by FABER-COM.
    The Service is supplied ONLY TO TECHNICIANS (who installs the products).

    Our technicians will help to evaluate if repairing the defective part or replacing it with a new spare part.
    We accept only CARRIAGE FREE returned goods (unless not differently agreed).

     

    GOODS

    Goods without delivery note or without fault’s description, will be checked ONLY AFTER the receipt of one of these required documents.

     

    ON-SITE SUPPORT SERVICE CONDITIONS

    In case of on-site support service of our technician, we will charge cost of call free, travel expenses according to kilometer fares in force, cost of material and time for reparation.
